Aussie Property Care provides residential and commercial property maintenance services including:

  • Property Repairs
  • General Home Maintenance
  • Rubbish Removal
  • Landscaping Services

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at our discretion.


3. Bookings and Quotations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
  • Final pricing may change depending on property condition, access, additional labour, or unforeseen site requirements.
  • Site inspections may be required before confirming larger projects or renovation work.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, EFT, and secure card payments.
  • Invoice payments for ongoing or commercial services must be paid within 7 days of issue.
  • Late payments may incur additional administrative or late payment fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.

6. Property Access and Safety

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and clear access to the property
  • Pets are secured during service
  • Hazardous or unsafe conditions are disclosed prior to service

Aussie Property Care reserves the right to refuse or stop work if the site is considered unsafe, inaccessible, or hazardous.


7. Workmanship Warranty

We take pride in delivering quality workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

We may provide:

  • A return visit
  • Rectification work
  • A reasonable resolution at our discretion

This warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Structural issues
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Weather-related deterioration

8. Liability

Aussie Property Care maintains appropriate public liability insurance.

However, we are not responsible for:

  • Existing defects or poor property conditions
  • Damage caused by aged, fragile, or poorly maintained materials
  • Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

9. Website Usage

All website content including text, images, logos, and designs remains the property of Aussie Property Care unless otherwise stated.

You must not:

  • Copy website content without permission
  • Use our branding or images unlawfully
